calorie count on tuesday

it's tuesday. today I ate more than yesterday. 
 
I had one slice of multigrain bread (110 calories :-[ ), 1/4 a cup of fat free cottage cheese (40 calories) and a six inch veggie sandwich on wheat (guessing, a good 300 +) :(

so overall around five hundred calories. That makes me feel like a failure. I want to pull less that that. but i have this TERRIBLE swollen feeling in my head. it hurts... and makes me feel nauseas.

upset tummy?

If you are having bad stomach pains from not eating, try some of these tips. They may help settle your stomach so you don't go reaching for food immediatley.

  • Try taking one or two Tums... they are made to settle your sour or upset stomach, so carry them around with you.
  • Drink strong ginerale or tea, or chew on a peice of candied ginger to relieve nausea. In China, ginger has been used to cure upset stomaches for over 2,000 years!
  • Drink pepermint tea. The pepermint calms the stomach muscles and the hot water will give you a full feeling.
  • Take a hot bath, it will relax your stomach muscles.
  • Drink water.
Hope some of this helps. They have helped me :) I found most of these online.
